Coaching
Our coaches are there to make sure that you get the best results possible. To tweak your program when needed so that you never plateau. But most importantly, to motivate, inspire, and keep you dedicated so that you reach your goal no matter if that is losing 10 pounds or 100 pounds.
Workouts
Our workouts are a combination of strength training and interval training designed for any fitness level.
Our unique CIRQ-HIIT workouts deliver twice the results in half the time by utilizing a process called EPOC. So rather than spending hours and hours in the gym each week feeling lost, confused, and like you're wasting your time, you will feel better than you have in years (maybe even ever)!
CIRQ-HIIT Nutrition System
We do nutrition differently. For us, it's not about cutting out foods or even food groups. It's not about eating no carbs. It's not restrictive so that you have to cook 2 meals for your family.
In fact, it's the opposite. We show you how you can eat all the foods you love and burn fat. How you can enjoy life and still see amazing-fast results.

It's time to warm up and mobilize! Our CIRQ-HIIT coaches will prepare you to perform at your best.
Demo Time
Claim your spot and join the trainers who will guide you through each exercise step by step. You can rest assured that there won't be any surprises.
Ready, Set, Go!
Get ready for 45 minutes of heart-pumping, sweat-dripping excitement. As you move through the CIRQ-HIIT, our expert coaches will guide you and support you every step of the way.
During the Workout
Make sure to keep a water bottle and a towel nearby. Staying hydrated is crucial for optimal performance
Ab break
We call it the "Ab break", But don't expect any downtime. Instead, prepare for a rigorous core workout that will engage your abs and ignite your metabolism, helping you achieve that sculpted six-pack you desire.
The FINISHER!
If you have anything left, now is the time to push yourself to the limit and take this workout to the next level, revving up your metabolism for hours after the session. This results in additional calories being burned long after you've finished exercising.
HIGH FIVES
We are a community; this is group training. From start to finish, we motivate and support one another, whether it's a high-fiving or fist-bumping, we pushed ourselves to the limit. This is the CIRQ-HIIT
